Home based with UK travel to client sites, travel to Lancashire office a few times per month. Could be based in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield, Derby, Leeds, Wolverhampton, Bradford, Nottingham, Oldham and surrounding areas.
£45,000 - £56,000 basic doe + 15% annual bonus. Company car or allowance + full expenses. Phone, laptop, tablet, fuel card & overnight stay cover, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
The Opportunity
Our client is a leading UK hospitality design and build specialist delivering everything from equipment supply to full turnkey kitchen and front-of-house projects. Working with national brands and blue-chip clients, they are known for quality, technical expertise, and exceptional service.
We are looking for a senior sales professional with experience in hospitality design and equipment consultancy, and/or catering equipment sales or foodservice consultancy. This role is 100% account management of multiple opportunities in a diverse array of sectors including healthcare, business & industry, sports stadia to name a few, at sites across the UK.
The Role
- Lead client relationships and act as primary design contact
- Carry out site surveys and develop kitchen & FOH layouts
- Produce 2D technical drawings (AutoCAD) and design proposals
- Prepare equipment schedules, specifications, and quotations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Support projects through installation, snagging, and handover to project manager
The Applicant
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with knowledge of the foodservice and hospitality design sector, or catering equipment sector. Ability to conduct site surveys nationwide. Superb account management skills to work with one huge account. A knowledge of CAD and design is not expected but would be advantageous. Solid understanding of kitchen workflows, equipment & compliance. Confident client-facing with good commercial awareness.
