The Company

Due to exciting changes within the company, they are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with experience within water solutions to join their team.
The Role
- You will be managing large high revenue workplace services accounts, effectively managing and growing relationships and client spend.
- Manage and develop key FM client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Own high value contracts, ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and commercial targets.
- Coordinate with FM partners and internal teams to deliver reliable installations, servicing, and issue resolution.
- Drive retention, renewals, and account growth through strong relationship management.
- Handle escalations and provide clear performance updates to the National Account Manager.
- You will be targeted on increasing revenue with our partners through introducing new lines and growing volume of existing listings.
The Person
- Candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience within managing high value national accounts is required.
- You will come from a water solutions, vending, coffee, capital equipment background, or similar.
- You will possess effective sales techniques, be of a genuine character with presence and the ability to build ongoing relationships with key clients.
- Candidates must have a driving licence and have strong IT skills as well as have an effective relationship approach to their key clients.
- You will live within 1 hours commute of High Wycombe.
