We provide bakery solutions including bread, patisserie, breakfast products and speciality bakery products. Our established client base covers both profit and cost sectors and includes leading hotel chains, education, local authorities and fine dining through to local coffee and sandwich shops. THE ROLE: This position involves management and development of National Accounts within the Hotel Sector. You will be responsible for a portfolio of existing accounts where you develop relationships at buyer level in regards to supplying bakery products to these customers. This will include retention of current business, menu planning and introduction of new product range. You will also be involved in complex tender and contract negotiations. In addition to this, you will be responsible for winning and onboarding new accounts within the hotel sector. This is an exciting opportunity with a combination of new and existing accounts and working with a comprehensive high level bakery range. The role also has a strong bonus scheme attached to it to reward successful growth of your account portfolio.
