Chef Education Activity Centre Wootton Bridge, Isle of Wight - September start (High volume/mass catering is essential) £32,083 per annum plus company benefits The Opportunity A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a junior chef to work within a busy kitchen at an activity centre for young children and adults.

The Role You will be a key member of the catering team to ensure that the catering operations runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times.

You will prepare, cook and serve food for approx. 1200, always adhering to procedures.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, temperature checks and allergy management.

The role is working 5 days out of 742 hours per weekovertime available Shift patterns will either be 5.30am1.30pm or 1.30pm 8.30pm Christmas off!

The ideal applicant We are looking for an experienced Chef from a high-volume background, with some experience managing or supervising working within a busy environment.

We would welcome candidates from the MOD, contract catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains and hold the following qualifications Food Hygiene certificate City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent Supervisory qualification preferred This role is subject to a DBS check which is subsidised by the client TPBN1_UKTJ
