ROLE: Internal Sales Manager SALARY: Up to £50,000 plus 30% bonus plus benefits LOCATION: Wednesbury (office based) THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a leading supplier and manufacturer of over 1000 electrical components, based in Wednesbury, who are looking to recruit an experienced sales manager to oversee their internal sales function. BENEFITS: Salary of up to £50,000 DOE. 30% annual bonus (based on company and individual performance). 30 days annual leave. £500 monthly car allowance. THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will be experienced in leading an internal sales or telesales team. The ability to drive performance, assign KPIs and maintain budgetary plans is a must. The successful individual will also be responsible for recruitment, training and developing the team, along with implementing new processes to maximise profit. We are open on the commercial experience of the applicant, but you must have at least 3 years of leading an internal sales team.
