The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining coffee equipment across a broad portfolio of clients. You will work on planned maintenance as well as unexpected machine breakdowns and malfunctions. You will be expected to control stock levels of parts, ensuring all jobs are completed against KPIs.
The Person
You would ideally have worked in the coffee industry, but other backgrounds such as vending and domestic appliances will be considered for this role. If you enjoy variety in your work, this coffee engineer role will be for you.
