We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver commercial catering, hospitality, and fit-out projects for leading restaurant groups, hospitality brands, and blue-chip clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover and final account.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients.
  • Deliver Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) fit-out projects.
  • Administer JCT contracts as Main Contractor.
  • Manage programme, budget, quality, H&S, and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.

About You

  • Proven Project Manager/Senior Project Manager experience within commercial catering, hospitality, restaurant, or fit-out environments essential.
  • Strong JCT contract knowledge.
  • Experience delivering FOH and BOH projects.
  • Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.

Desirable

  • Commercial kitchen/catering equipment experience.
  • CAD knowledge.
  • SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent qualifications.
