Service is a key focus within our organisation and has led to us supporting major multi-site national businesses across the UK. As a result, our service team forms a significant part of our organisation.
THE ROLE
This position involves responsibility for a portfolio of customers across a designated area. You will be responsible for visiting the clients on a regular, diarised schedule and checking and monitoring their fire and safety systems. During these visits, you may find areas of the systems that need to be fixed or updated, and you will liaise internally to support with this and manage these projects to completion. Most of your weeks will focus around planned, scheduled visits – but you will occasionally be required to work on “Call out” and respond to any emergency situations which require a Fire Service Engineer. The role is paid “Door to Door” and also offers strong overtime and career potential.
