Job Description

Field Service Engineer – Commercial Coffee Equipment

We are seeking motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team during an exciting period of rapid growth. As part of a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee machines and a major player in the Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and OCS (Office Coffee Service) sectors, this role offers excellent opportunities for career and personal development.

  • 1 in 4 weekends
  • 8 hours per day 8am – 5pm (30/60 lunch unpaid)

What you’ll be doing as Field Service Engineer:

  • Installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance works
  • Responding to and resolving equipment breakdowns
  • Providing operator training on equipment operation and cleaning
  • Managing spare parts inventory in your vehicle
  • Completing detailed service reports, including photos as necessary
  • Adhering to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota
  • Taking ownership of personal and professional development
  • Contributing to the company's vision and goals

We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer with:

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of technical processes
  • Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential)
  • Coffee knowledge (desired but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
