We are seeking motivated and skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team during an exciting period of rapid growth. As part of a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee machines and a major player in the Ho.Re.Ca. (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café) and OCS (Office Coffee Service) sectors, this role offers excellent opportunities for career and personal development.

What you'll be doing as Field Service Engineer:
- Installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance works
- Responding to and resolving equipment breakdowns
- Providing operator training on equipment operation and cleaning
- Managing spare parts inventory in your vehicle
- Completing detailed service reports, including photos as necessary
- Adhering to safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE
- Working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota
- Taking ownership of personal and professional development
- Contributing to the company's vision and goals
We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with:
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of technical processes
- Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential)
- Coffee knowledge (desired but not essential)
- Flexibility to work flexible hours and weekends
- Valid driver's license
