A Premium Seafood wholesaler based out of London specialising in the procurement and sales of seafood to the Foodservice sector. Established for a number of years, we have a fantastic heritage which has led us to develop a fantastic reputation with the sector. Our product range is extensive and of the highest quality, resulting in us being the chosen seafood supplier to many high-end hotels, restaurants, and gastro pubs, particularly across the Greater London area. Our purchasing team is well connected within seafood markets and we are able to provide agile service and delivery alongside competitive pricing. Despite our success, we are still very much a family business and offer members of the team a supportive and positive working environment.
This position is an office-based role focusing on developing relationships with an existing, established portfolio of accounts. You will fully manage these accounts including all service areas, menu planning, food costing, recommending new products, and working with purchasing to secure the availability of products. The customer base is mainly London-based fine dining and high-end foodservice establishments, many of which are household names. This includes gastro pubs, restaurants, and hotel customers. The contact level is varied and can include chefs, buyers, and owners. This is a fantastic position for a candidate with a passion for food/seafood who enjoys working with customers of the highest calibre in their field.
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Foodservice sales across the London area. Candidates must have a proven track record in Internal sales developing business with Foodservice end users. Experience in selling Seafood solutions is of particular interest. Experience in selling to fine dining establishments, particularly hotels, gastro pubs, and restaurants will be strongly advantageous. A background in sales of butchery, fresh produce, bakery, or mainstream Foodservice wholesale will also be welcomed.
