Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machine Manufacturer
Bonus: Potential annual bonus of 5% of basic salary
Company Van: Available for private use

Overtime:
- Weekend rota (1 in 4): £26 per hour
- Bank Holiday rate: £35 per hour + £50 per day standby payment

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our commercial coffee machines across a variety of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retail locations. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance.
We are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer.
This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily. You should also have a solid mechanical and electrical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
