Our client is a well renowned business, offering calibration services to multiple industries across the UK. Part of a large global organisation, this company has nearly 40 years of experience in manufacturing and ensuring compliance for a large range of electrical test and measurement equipment. With a large team of technicians and engineers, this business offers calibration services both in house and on site, as well as product service, spares and repairs.
The Role
Due to business growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Calibration Services Product Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Quality Lead, the Calibration Services Product Manager will have a pivotal role in the business - being responsible for oversight of calibration of tools and equipment, as well as defining and executing the product vision and strategy moving forward. This will involve working with the wider team to develop and deliver new service offerings along with identifying opportunities for product improvements. As this is a highly regulated environment, the Calibration Services Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper calibration records and traceability are maintained to the highest standards. The Calibration Services Product Manager will also oversee a team of 8 on site engineers.
