THE COMPANY:

We are a market leader across the UK in providing high end fine foods to the Foodservice sector.

We offer clients a comprehensive range of premium products and ingredients alongside exceptional levels of service.

Our products are sourced from the best suppliers globally and are to be found on Michelin Star and Rosette level menus in many establishments across the country.
Established for a number of years, we are a recognised brand within our sector with strong heritage and are a fantastic company to work for with a strong company culture and supportive style of management.

We have exciting plans ahead involving increase distribution capacity and as a result will be adding to our sales team over the next 12 months.

We pride ourselves on employing talent for our sales team with a consultative approach and who are passionate foodies.

THE ROLE:

This role is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop a portfolio of fine dining accounts across part of the London area.
You will inherit an existing account base predominantly consisting of accounts across restaurants, high end culinary pubs, hotels, leisure and premium contract catering.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing these accounts in addition to securing new business.

Most of your interaction will be at Head Chef/Exec Chef level and working with chefs who are quality focused on securing quality products for their menus.

As a result the role requires an approach of high credibility and product knowledge within a fine dining environment.

THE APPLICANT:

We are seeking to speak to candidates with experience at selling to or working for high end fine dining establishments

  • Candidates must have a passion for food and an affinity with fine dining.
  • Candidates with experience of selling fine foods to Foodservice end users will be of particular interest.
  • A background selling fine foods, butchery, seafood or fresh produce at chef level will be advantageous.
  • We will also consider candidates with Foodservice wholesale experience from other areas with a passion for fine dining, a consultative approach and strong knowledge of the London area.
  • We will also consider qualified chefs who have worked within an Michelin Star/Rosette level environment.
