The Role

As a Business Development Team Leader , you will be at the forefront of showcasing our professional catering equipment. This role blends culinary expertise, sales support, and leadership , making it perfect for a chef or industry professional looking to step outside of the traditional kitchen while staying hands-on in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Demonstrations & Training – Lead live product demonstrations, trials, and training sessions for customers.
  • Sales & Business Growth – Work closely with the sales team to showcase product benefits, drive engagement, and support new business opportunities.
  • Marketing & Brand Representation – Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, attend trade events, and support product launches.
  • Leadership & Team Management – Oversee and mentor a team of business development chefs, ensuring excellence in customer engagement and training.
