We are seeking to attract a candidate with a strong foodservice related Operations to support with managing all areas of warehousing and distribution.
THE ROLE: This position involves full management of Foodservice operations across an already successful site. This includes responsibility for all area of logistics and warehouse management, goods in, goods out, health and safety and overall running of the site. You will have several direct reports and then a large team reporting indirectly. Due to the nature of the Foodservice sector this includes management of a fleet of temperature controlled vehicles and responsibility for maintaining strong service from this site. We are proud of the levels of service we provide to customers so this is a pivotal role in our organisation.
THE APPLICANT: We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Senior Operations Management within the Foodservice Sector. Candidates must have experience of working within a Foodservice environment in an Operations capacity. Candidates with a background at Operations Manager level will be of strong interest. We also welcome candidates with strong Foodservice experience from an Assistant Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager background seeking a step up to full depot responsibility. Candidates must have a proven track record of man management within an Operations environment.
