We are a well established Fine Foods wholesaler with a strong reputation in Foodservice for many years. With a Nationwide presence we have an excellent product portfolio across chilled, frozen and ambient ranges focusing on the needs of fine dining establishments. Our product range is of the highest quality with the most premium products across all categories being sourced from all over the world. The Hotel, restaurant and gastro pub sectors are key areas for us, although we service high end customers across all foodservice sectors. We are proud to count some of the most highest profile fine dining establishments as our customers, and have ambitious plans for further growth across the UK.
Our butchery division works with the highest quality of Butchery produce and we are seeking to add to the team with someone who is a specialist in catering butchery sales.
This position involves responsibility for developing our butchery category across the London area. You will manage and develop relationships with fine dining establishments predominantly Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, leisure and private members clubs. Your contact level will be at Exec Chef and owner level and involve detailed food costing and menu planning. Due to the specialist nature of this sector, not only will you be introducing our established range to these customers, but often you will also be working closely with our purchasing team to source specific products globally. You will be targeted on overall growth of the area and the role is attached to a strong bonus structure.
We are open to speaking to candidates from a Catering butchery sales background with experience of the London area. Candidates must have a proven track record in Field Sales with Foodservice wholesale. Candidates with experience in sales to fine dining establishments will be of particular interest. Candidates must have experience in catering butchery. Candidates must be passionate about food and hospitality particularly in the area of Fine dining.
