A rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults.

You will ensure that the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently during breakfast, lunch and dinner times. You will ensure you and your team of catering assistants maintain high standards of cleanliness and monitoring due diligence. The guest experience is paramount, so regularly walking the floor, capturing feedback, responding to any enquiries and complaints is essential. Liaising with the Kitchen team daily to ensure meal times run seamlessly.

The role is working 5 days out of 7, 42 hours per week.

The ideal applicant:

  • We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager/Front of House Manager from a high-volume background, with experience of managing large teams and working within a busy environment.
  • You will have a high attention to detail; ability to organise and communicate is key.
  • We would welcome candidates from the MOD, Contract Catering, large Event and Wedding venues, large busy pub chains.
  • An enhanced DBS check is required.
  • Management qualifications and proven experience of coaching and mentoring your team.
