As the Area Service Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of Senior Service Engineers across a dedicated region, with a focus on optimising field service delivery for coffee and catering equipment. Your goal will be to drive performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction by implementing efficient workflows and best practices. Key responsibilities include:

Leading field service operations to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Conducting regular performance evaluations to provide clear and constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.

Analysing service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase productivity.

Coordinating with the technical support team to streamline installation, maintenance, and repair operations for coffee machines, grinders, catering equipment, and other foodservice appliances.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive leader with a background in service management, ideally within the coffee, catering, or foodservice equipment industry. Key attributes include:

Proven experience managing a service team, with expertise in field service operations for commercial equipment.

Strong operational insight, with the ability to identify process improvements that enhance service quality and customer experience.

A solid understanding of coffee and catering equipment (e.g., espresso machines, coffee grinders, Rational ovens, warewashing, and commercial dishwashers).
