Salary: £85,000-£105,000 per annum plus profit related bonus

We are recruiting for a well-established company that specialises in air distribution and ventilation solutions. With decades of industry experience, they provide high-quality products, including:

  • Air Distribution Products - Grilles, diffusers, and HVAC solutions
  • Natural Ventilation Solutions - Passive stack, wind-driven, and hybrid systems
  • Architectural & External Louvres - High-performance ventilation solutions
  • Smoke, Fire & Volume Control - Safety-compliant dampers and air transfer grilles

The company is embarking on an ambitious £10 million growth plan over the next five years, with a particular focus on expanding their Architectural & External Louvres sector. As their Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in leading this expansion while continuing to build on their success in construction and wind farm industries.

Your role will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth
  • Expanding the Architectural & External Louvres market segment
  • Building relationships and leveraging industry connections to secure new business opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborating with senior management to shape long-term business growth strategies

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director role within the air/smoke ventilation/Solar PV/HVAC/Air Handling and Acoustic Controls sector
  • A track record of driving growth with M&E, Main Contractors, Distributors, Architects and Specialists across construction and engineering
  • Strategic operator who can define and execute the strategic sales plan
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of air ventilation sector products
  • Strong customer base across construction, commercial and retail
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize new opportunities
  • Exceptional leadership skills to build and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • The ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
