Health, Safety & Environmental Manager Lancashire £60,000 – £75,000 + benefits Permanent | Full time We are recruiting for an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to join an established business in Lancashire. This is a senior role with responsibility for leading and developing health, safety and environmental standards across a busy operational environment. Working closely with the management team and employees across the business, you will provide practical HSE leadership, support continuous improvement and help ensure that high standards are understood and maintained throughout the organisation. The role Responsibilities will include: Leading health, safety and environmental activities across the site. Developing and maintaining HSE policies, procedures and systems. Providing practical advice and support to managers and employees. Undertaking and supporting risk assessments, audits and inspections. Monitoring HSE performance and identifying areas for improvement. Supporting accident, incident and near-miss investigations. Ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are completed. Supporting environmental compliance and improvement activities. Working closely with operations, production, engineering and maintenance teams.
