A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a true culinary leader to oversee a new contract within a stunning venue. This is a perfect role for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef with operation experience in events, VIP dinners and high volume who is looking for an opportunity with a company who are at the top of their game, allows you to be creative and offers tailor made training & development.
This is a crucial role at this venue. You will be a creative culinary leader, introducing new, exciting menus that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts. You will have strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication and strategic planning. You will work closely with the kitchen management, ensuring consistent quality, profitability and guest satisfaction is always achieved.
We are looking for a talented Head Chef or Sous Chef with culinary flair, someone with energy and personality, who can adapt to all areas of high-end venue, developing flexible menus.
