This position focuses on business development with Foodservice end users across London, building relationships at the chef/owner level, especially with hotels, restaurants, and pubs. You will collaborate with clients on menu planning and seafood product sourcing, often retrieving specific products globally. Relationship-building and tenacious business-development skills are key.
The Applicant:
- Proven track record in field sales developing business with Foodservice end users.
- Experience selling seafood solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience selling to fine-dining establishments, especially hotels, gastro pubs, and restaurants, is strongly advantageous.
- A background in sales of butchery, fresh produce, bakery, or mainstream Foodservice wholesale is welcomed.
- Passion for food and a tenacious approach to business development.
