THE COMPANY

We are a Premium Seafood wholesaler based in London specializing in the procurement and sales of seafood to the Foodservice sector. With a strong heritage and reputation, we supply high‑end hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs across Greater London. Our purchasing team is well‑connected within seafood markets, enabling agile service, delivery, and competitive pricing while maintaining a supportive family‑business atmosphere.

THE ROLE

This position focuses on business development with Foodservice end users across London, building relationships at the chef/owner level, especially with hotels, restaurants, and pubs. You will collaborate with clients on menu planning and seafood product sourcing, often retrieving specific products globally. Relationship‑building and tenacious business‑development skills are key.

THE APPLICANT

  • Proven track record in field sales developing business with Foodservice end users.
  • Experience selling seafood solutions is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling to fine‑dining establishments, especially hotels, gastro pubs, and restaurants, is strongly advantageous.
  • A background in sales of butchery, fresh produce, bakery, or mainstream Foodservice wholesale is welcomed.
  • Passion for food and a tenacious approach to business development.
