Our client is a well‑established manufacturer of specialist components for the cold storage, refrigeration and catering equipment industries. They supply a diverse customer base across the UK, including engineers, manufacturers and end users. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to recruit an Office Sales & Administration Executive to join their friendly, supportive office team based in Poyle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, sales support and office administration within a stable and successful business.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and e‑mail
- Support the office‑based sales team
- Build product knowledge to advise customers confidently
- Process enquiries and assist with customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service
- Carry out a range of general office administration duties
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure customers receive the highest level of support
About You
