My client, one of the UK's leading bespoke contract caterers, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to join their flagship conference centre operation. It is a premium food‑led environment that prepares everything fresh from scratch.
The Role
Supporting the Head Chef, you will deliver outstanding food experiences across high‑profile conferences, events, and hospitality services. You will lead from the front, inspire the brigade, and ensure every dish meets the company’s high standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting in the leadership and development of a talented kitchen team.
- Producing exceptional fresh food using quality, seasonal ingredients.
- Creating innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer expectations.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Supporting food cost management, stock control, and kitchen compliance.
- Delivering outstanding hospitality and conference catering experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Strong fresh food background with a genuine passion for cooking from scratch.
- Knowledge of modern food trends, seasonal menus, and contemporary presentation styles.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- High standards of food safety and kitchen management.
- A positive, hands‑on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Environment
Location – Leamington Spa (and surrounding areas). Hours – 5 days a week, flexible. Vehicle access required.
