The Opportunity
A rewarding opportunity to manage a busy catering operation at an activity centre for young children and adults.
The Role
- Oversee the dining room during breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Lead and support a team of catering assistants, capture guest feedback, and respond to enquiries and complaints.
- Liaise daily with the kitchen team to ensure seamless meal times.
- The position requires working five days a week (42 hours per week).
Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Management qualifications and proven experience coaching and mentoring a team.
- Experience managing large teams in a high-volume dining or catering environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in a MOD, contract catering, large event, wedding venue, busy pub chain or similar setting is preferred.
