Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Resolve incoming customer enquiries, handling queries with the utmost professionalism
- Maximise sales opportunities by regularly liaising with existing customers and promoting the full product base
- Identify further business opportunities by reaching out to prospective customers, undertaking market research, and keeping up to date with market trends
- Create in-depth sales quotations according to customer needs, and following up on outstanding quotes
- Undertake sales administration tasks and ensure customer data is maintained and updated
- Make a positive contribution to the team by offering your support to the wider sales team
Sales Account Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience gained within a Sales role, either gained as a Sales Account Manager or a Sales Administrator who is looking to take a step up
- Has a good understanding of sales processes and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task
- Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels and influence
- Target-driven and results-orientated, with a focus on achieving results and surpassing expectations
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
