Junior Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients over the phone and by email to generate leads
- Support senior team members in growing and managing client accounts
- Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring all details are accurate
- Maintain the CRM system, logging activity and keeping client information up to date
- Work with the administration team to process agreements and keep records compliant
- Build strong working relationships with clients and lenders while learning the asset finance process
Junior Business Development Manager Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience is a must, along with a proven track record of developing business
- Strong communication skills, confident and professional over the phone with a natural ability to build rapport
- Enjoys working toward targets and contributing to the wider team
- Motivated, proactive, with a positive and professional approach to sales
- IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
