Your Day-to-Day as an IT Recruitment Consultant:
- Be the go-to recruitment expert for a portfolio of clients across the IT sector
- Provide tailored recruitment solutions that meet technical hiring needs
- Source top IT talent using job boards, social media, networking, and CRM tools
- Prepare compelling recruitment proposals and secure long-term partnerships
Proven experience in IT recruitment, including hiring for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, cybersecurity specialists, and IT project managers.
Successful track record of managing the full recruitment sales cycle.
A natural communicator who excels at building rapport and trust.
