Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to provide top-tier recruitment support
- Assist with French and British recruitment campaigns, utilising your knowledge to maximise each campaign
- Oversee the running of each campaign, which includes advertising vacancies, monitoring response, liaising with recruitment agencies, and assessing performance
- Manage and utilise the application tracking systems to manage applications and progress through the recruitment process
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, which includes monitoring a recruitment inbox and handling queries
- Compile recruitment data to prepare reports to assess performance against KPIs and to identify areas of improvement
- Support with employer branding, working together with the wider recruitment team to increase awareness of the brand, encourage a vibrant culture that everyone wants to be a part of, and deliver a memorable candidate experience
- Ensure all documents and recruitment efforts are aligned with GDPR
- Maintain an accurate ATS, ensuring all candidate and vacancy data is accurate
French-Speaking Recruitment Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- Must be a French Speaker, C1 or equivalent
- Prior experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of compliance, GDPR, and employment legislation would be a bonus
- Demonstrates excellent administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- Possesses strong organisational skills, can multitask and prioritise
- A 'people-person', confident in communicating at all levels
- Shows initiative, willing to tackle problems head-on and provide solutions
- Possesses Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C as a minimum
