Known for delivering the kind of customer service that customers rave about, this company is looking to further enhance its offering by recruiting another engaging and solutions-focused Customer Service Advisor to support customers throughout their entire journey, from order processing to providing after-sales support.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact - this doesn't mean just answering calls - it's about creating lasting impressions online, over the phone, and face to face
  • Use your in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through the latest collections, helping them make informed decisions and confidently handling incoming queries relating to the products or service
  • Liaise with customers to process orders and returns, and arrange repairs, ensuring each customer has an enjoyable experience
  • Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and warmth, making decisions that make a difference and escalating when needed
  • Work closely with sales, production and logistics to quickly and efficiently resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate customer activity, interactions, and orders in the CRM system, ensuring no detail is missed

Customer Service Advisor Skills and Experience:

  • You care about the customer experience and have a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
  • You take pride in being professional and are confident talking to people, helping them, and you know when to listen
  • You stay calm, have lots of patience and empathy, and come with a solutions-first mindset
  • Attention to detail isn't a nice-to-have; it's essential, as you'll be the one processing orders and returns
  • Microsoft Office is part of your day-to-day, and you can just as easily operate Google Docs and a CRM system
  • If you've worked in retail, jewellery, or luxury goods before, that would be a real bonus
  • Can be trusted to do the job, work on their own initiative, and want to be somewhere for the long haul
