What’s in it for you?

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission
  • 30.5 days holiday, including 2.5 for Christmas
  • Increased pension scheme, 5% employer contribution

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients over the phone and by email to generate leads
  • Support senior team members in growing and managing client accounts
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring all details are accurate
  • Maintain the CRM system, logging activity and keeping client information up to date
  • Work with the administration team to process agreements and keep records compliant
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and lenders while learning the asset finance process

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales experience is a must, along with a proven track record of developing business
  • Strong communication skills, confident and professional over the phone with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Enjoys working toward targets and contributing to the wider team
  • Motivated, proactive, with a positive and professional approach to sales
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
