Midas Recruitment is partnering with a well-established telemarketing company that works with some of the UK's most recognisable household brands. Due to continued demand, we are recruiting five confident Telemarketers to join their high‑performing team from late January. This is a 12‑week temporary role with a strong opportunity to become permanent, offering structured training, hybrid working, and performance incentives.

Telemarketer Responsibilities
- Deliver against key telemarketing campaign objectives and sales targets
- Make outbound sales calls and follow‑up emails to generate interest and qualify leads
- Engage with decision‑makers to understand business needs and identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships to support lead generation and brand awareness
- Accurately record all outbound activity on the CRM system
- Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader
- Conduct market research to support campaign development
- Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and highlight campaign insights
Telemarketer Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound sales, or a call centre environment
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication and rapport‑building skills
- Target‑driven, motivated by KPIs, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- IT‑literate with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong team‑focused mindset
