An innovative and instantly recognisable business is seeking a Telesales Account Manager to join its fast-paced team. Telesales Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive overall account growth by understanding customer requirements and providing a memorable customer service
- Take ownership of your accounts, identifying opportunities and securing business that grows overall account revenue
- Make every interaction count and focus on quality, over quantity, by building close-knit and trusted relationships with your set of accounts
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop engaging and successful sales strategies
- Perform outbound calls to retain customers, renew contracts, provide solutions, and close sales
- Use Salesforce to drive the customer contact strategy and record all sales activity
- Connect prospects and leads with the new business team
- Work with the customer service team to ensure the service delivered is seamless and cancellations are kept to a minimum
