As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the ongoing management of client accounts, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and debtor profiles
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including account set up and document preparation
- Conducting regulatory and compliance checks and collating information for underwriting review
- Monitoring client accounts and identifying anomalies or potential concerns
- Gathering and reviewing financial information, including management accounts, bank statements, HRMC liabilities, and aged ledgers
- Processing and allocating payments in accordance with internal procedures
- Managing debtor communications, confirming outstanding balances, obtaining payments, and issuing statements
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider sales and management team
- Previous administration, account coordinator, client services, sales support, or commercial administration experience
- An understanding of the importance of compliance and accuracy within a regulated environment
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in handling client calls
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good commercial awareness and an interest in supporting client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
