Senior Administrator in Sutton Coldfield

An entrepreneurially-led business is recruiting a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to play a key role in supporting daily operations and providing direct support to the Director. What’s in it for you? * Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm * Salary: Up to £28,000 * 20 days holiday + bank holidays * Regular company social events and team lunches * Discretionary annual bonus based on company performance Senior Administrator Responsibilities: * Provide senior-level administrative support to the director * Act as the central point of contact, internally and externally * Manage diaries, meetings, and schedules, ensuring the right meetings are prioritised * Coordinate travel, accommodation and bookings * Support communication across the business, acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders * Manage front-of-house operations, including handling calls and welcoming visitors * Maintain accurate records, documents, and internal systems * Support with ad-hoc operational tasks as required Senior Administrator Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or similar role * Strong commercial awareness and shows initiative * Excellent organisation skills, able to manage workloads and meet deadlines * Good attention to detail with a proactive mindset * Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
