Our client is a growing organisation seeking a proactive and organised Planning & Operations Administrator to join its busy operations team. Working alongside experienced administrators, you will receive full training on the company's systems and processes.
This role would suit a solution-focused individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Planning & Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planned and reactive work, ensuring deadlines and agreed service standards are achieved.
- Provide administrative support to the wider operations team, maintaining systems, recording completed work and producing reports.
- Liaise with customers, field-based employees and suppliers, responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Monitor contract documentation and compliance, ensuring accurate records are maintained in line with company procedures.
- Raise purchase orders, check invoices, arrange accommodation and support the setup of new suppliers.
Planning & Operations Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Confident IT skills, with experience updating systems, maintaining accurate records and producing reports.
