Sea Freight Export Operator Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to prepare and provide accurate and competitive quotations, ensuring each quote is commercially sound and aligned with customer needs
- Communicate with shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents to gather the most competitive and suitable rates and to coordinate shipments
- Manage export bookings from start to finish, including raising and processing all relevant export documentation such as Bills of Lading, customs entries, manifests, and shipping instructions.
