This global, well-established business is expanding and has two Sales Administrator vacancies to support continued growth in 2026. These roles are heavily focused on sales order processing, order management, and sales administration, supporting a busy and successful sales team and managing the full end-to-end sales order process, with a high standard of customer service throughout.

Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processing Responsibilities
- End-to-end sales order processing, from order entry to invoicing or delivery
- Accurate order management using SAGE
- Handle customer queries via phone and email relating to orders, pricing, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate documents relating to sales
- Raise and process sales invoices and check carriage costs
- Liaise with suppliers to place and track purchase orders
- Coordinate with couriers to manage dispatch, delivery, and claims
- Work closely with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and lead times
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the sales team
Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processing Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Order Processor, Sales Support, or Order Management role
- Strong knowledge of the sales order lifecycle
- Close attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience using SAGE would be desirable
- Able to prioritise in a fast-paced sales environment
