What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to B2B customers to discuss accounts and agree on suitable payment solutions
- Delivering a professional service that balances customer and business needs
- Handling inbound B2B calls to resolve account queries
- Taking secure payments over the phone
- Updating customer accounts with all activity
What we’re looking for:
- Background in outbound calling, sales, customer service, credit control or similar phone-based role
- Experienced making B2B calls and has a professional telephone manner
- Customer-focused approach with a proven record of delivering great service
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
