New Business Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of onboarding new and reactivated accounts, using your personable approach to make every customer feel welcomed and valued from day one
- Spot and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the onboarding journey
- Research lapsed accounts and proactively implement strategies that win back the business
- Re-engage lapsed customers by introducing products and services tailored to their needs
- Deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience and maximise account profitability
- Build strong, lasting relationships that give customers a positive first impression of the business
- Monitor account health during onboarding, identifying risks and flagging them to the Team Leader
- Pass high-quality, sales-ready leads to the field sales team to support continued growth
- Accurately record and manage all sales activity through the CRM

- Experienced and results-driven Account Manager, who has proven upselling and cross-selling experience
- Competent in assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions, while also identifying opportunities
- Understands the importance of listening and asking the right questions at the right time
- Consistently meets and exceeds targets and KPIs, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communicator, confident negotiating, handling objections, and building trusted relationships
- Tenacious, resilient, and enthusiastic, always goes above and beyond
