What you\βll be doing
- Making outbound calls to customers to agree fair and realistic payment solutions
- Providing exceptional customer service while supporting business goals
- Handling inbound calls and resolving account queries professionally
- Taking secure payments over the phone
- Keeping customer accounts accurate, compliant, and up to date
What we\βre looking for
- Experience in an outbound customer service or collections phone-based role
- A proven ability to deliver first-class customer experiences
- Confident using Microsoft Office and updating systems
- A clear, professional communicator who\βs comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Friendly, proactive, and able to build rapport with ease
