We’re recruiting three Collections Executives to join a growing and supportive business immediately. The Debt Collection Agent role:
- Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances
- Agreeing on payment plans that work for both the customer and the business
- Handling inbound calls and resolving account queries
- Taking secure card payments over the phone
- Updating customer records accurately using internal systems
Essential skills & experience for the Debt Collection Agent:
- Experience in an outbound phone-based customer service or collections position
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
