As the Compliance and HR Coordinator, you\’ll be at the heart of the business, making sure everything runs smoothly, stays compliant, and all whilst supporting the team day to day. As a 12-month maternity cover contract, this role requires someone confident, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running from day one. What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm * Salary: Up to £30k, depending on experience * 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays * Holiday buy and sell scheme * Access to a company pension * Life assurance * Regular team social events * Health and wellbeing programme * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discounts * Free on-site parking Compliance and HR Coordinator Responsibilities: * Assist with the development, maintenance, and compliance of the ISO-certified Quality, Environmental, and H&S Management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) * Manage all day-to-day HR administration tasks, which includes overseeing onboarding, offboarding, training, probation reviews, ER cases, and maintaining confidential employee records * Become a super user of the HR database, guiding employees and managers, providing training, producing reports, and ensuring its maintenance * Ensure the company remains compliant with GDPR and support with wider GDPR compliance across the business * Provide high-level administration support to the Directors and Senior Leadership team, including diary management, minute taking, general administration, and coordinating events * Work closely with all departments to foster positive working relationships * Support colleagues during times of holiday or absence Compliance and HR Coordinator Skills and Experience: * Strong administration skills with a proven background in compliance and HR * Demonstrates a solid understanding of ISO standards and experience working within ISO guidelines (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) * Knowledgeable in audits and compliance regulations, including GDPR * IT literate with confident use of Microsoft Office packages and HR software * Experienced in handling sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism * Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail * Proactive mindset, able to work independently and committed to driving continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels of the business
