Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of queries from initial phone call through to successful set-up, ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and reassurance throughout.
  • Gather and verify all relevant claim information throughout the process.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the processes, informing them of next steps and any additional requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service across all touchpoints, consistently meeting service standards and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure claims are set up and progressed as they should.
