This is a key role within the team, providing high-level sales and administrative support to the Sales team.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and present suitable options.
- Prepare and submit proposals, following applications through to completion.
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, helping opportunities progress smoothly.
- Build strong relationships with customers, business partners and external contacts.
- Handle queries professionally and keep all parties updated throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are kept fully up to date.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
Sales Administrator Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in sales administration, sales support or a similar customer-focused role.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and email skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commercially minded, with a positive attitude and strong sales focus.
