We are looking for an immediately available Receptionist to cover an ongoing temporary assignment with a leading brand that offers exceptional experiences.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-class receptionist services, welcoming all guests on arrival and providing directions
  • Notify internal departments on the arrival of visitors, ensuring guests are checked in and out
  • Operate the switchboard, receiving and directing calls as appropriate
  • Act as the first point of contact, handling all general telephone and in-person enquiries
  • Assist the Senior Receptionist with all general administrative tasks, which include distributing incoming post, managing an email inbox, creating documents, and collating data
  • Coordinate and book meeting rooms for employees
  • Oversee pool car bookings and monitor car park spaces
  • Cover receptionist services on match days

Receptionist Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience gained in a bustling Receptionist role with strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Polite and professional in your approach, able to quickly resolve challenges and forge lasting relationships that deliver a memorable experience
  • Superb communication skills, confident liaising at all levels and can articulate yourself clearly and concisely
  • Good organisation skills, able to effectively prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Outlook, Teams and Word
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the venue's events
  • MUST be a driver with a car and be flexible to travel between 2 sites - Birmingham and Tamworth
