One of the UK's leading asset finance specialists is looking to strengthen its growing team by recruiting an ambitious Asset Finance Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in asset finance, commercial finance, leasing, or broker sales to develop their career while earning uncapped commission. As an Asset Finance Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business, developing existing accounts, and driving profitable growth across the portfolio. Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £26,000+ DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure with excellent earning potential
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and business development activities
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, vendors, and brokers
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and maximise revenue streams
  • Qualify leads and convert opportunities into profitable finance agreements
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Record all customer interactions and sales activity effectively
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with FCA regulations and company compliance procedures
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within Asset Finance, Commercial Finance, Leasing, Invoice Finance, Motor Finance, or Broker Sales
  • Proven track record of generating leads, winning new business, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of the finance market
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
  • Highly organised with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Ambitious and committed to building a long-term career within the asset finance industry
