You'll join a close-knit, friendly team of 10, and will play a key role as the bridge between sales and underwriting, making sure everything is in place so the team can deliver their best work and achieve results. It's a role that really matters, and one that's valued across the entire business.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact between the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure a smooth workflow and deal progression
- Review and process proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct background checks using systems such as Experian, Companies House, Land Registry, CreditSafe, and Charity Commission
- Liaise with internal teams to gather missing information and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records and input data into the CRM systems
- Support underwriters with additional research and documents
- Provide comprehensive administration support to the risk team
Skills and Experience
- Previous administration experience/office support experience preferred
- Eager to build a long-term career within a professional environment
- Enthusiastic and proactive learner, keen to absorb knowledge from colleagues and develop new skills
- Technically proficient, with solid MS Office skills and the confidence to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input and manage data
- Holds English and Maths GCSEs
- Confident communicator, comfortable handling phone conversations and able to challenge where appropriate
